Arcadyx is boutique Salesforce Consulting Partner devoted to technological and business innovation. We are looking for a hands-on consultant with a growth mindset to help our clients solve their most pressing issues with the Salesforce platform.
You Responsibilities will be to:

Analyse our clients Business Processes, gather requirements and define project scope

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that solve our clients issues (this may imply to write some APEX code from time to time).
Maintain existing Salesforce systems, propose and implement improvements
Provide guidance and expertise (both business and technical) about the Salesforce platform

Manage multiple customer solutions and projects simultaneously
Assist in Tests and Manage Releases
Be constantly learning and deepening your Salesforce expertise ! Be (or become) a Salesforce Certified professional and maintain your Certifications.
What you should bring:

5+ years of relevant Business and IT Project Experience
Prior experience in delivering end-to-end implementations of Salesforce as well as being Salesforce Certified are a strong plus !
Experience leading client workshops, collecting needs and designing solutions based on these requirements
Possess both technical skills and a high level of business acumen
Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to deliver presentations and training to customers
Must be fluent in French (or German) and English
Must be residing in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland
